Our services include digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, web designing & development, UI/UX designing, mobile applications, e-commerce sites, and ERP and CRM solutions to promote business growth.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

No two projects are the same, and therefore the specifics, such as scope, schedule, and rates, will be spelled out in writing via a proposal, quote, or service agreement. In case of any discrepancy between what’s stated in the agreement and what is written here, your project agreement takes precedence.

Great results take teamwork. In order to deliver on schedule, we will need your contributions, input, and approvals in a timely manner. Delay on your part might cause some delays.

PAYMENTS

Charges, payments, and taxes, including VAT, will be fully outlined in your quotation or contract. Invoices must be settled on time. Late payment will delay progress or incur additional fees, depending on what is stated in the contract. Unless agreed otherwise, all payments for services underway are not refundable.

AN HONEST WORD ABOUT RESULTS

We offer true know-how, effective methods, and hard work to ensure that your company develops further. But results of SEO, social marketing, and advertisement cannot be fully controlled by anybody else but fate, in the form of search engine algorithm changes, market trends, or competition. This is why we cannot make any promise regarding particular positions, traffic, or sales. The only guarantee we give is our transparency and commitment to the project.

WHO OWNS WHAT

All materials on our website are our property, as well as the property of EminentSoft Technologies LLC or other license holders. Do not reproduce any of this material without our written permission.

The intellectual property rights to the product will be assigned according to our contract terms. Otherwise, the rights to the completed project will become yours when we receive total payment from you. Unless otherwise requested, we may display the finished product in our portfolio.

THE CONTENT YOU GIVE US

When you offer visuals, text, logos, or any other materials, you must certify that you have legal authority to use these materials, and they do not violate any copyrights of others.

YOUR SECRETS ARE SAFE

Anything private or sensitive you share about your business stays confidential and is used only for your project.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The external platforms we use include social media websites, hosting services, and advertising services, among others. However, we have no control on the information contained therein.

LIMITS OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our liability under any claim will not exceed the payment you made for the service.

IF WE PART WAYS

We are both capable of terminating our agreement through services as stated in the terms and conditions of the project. In addition, we can restrict access to our website or services should these terms be violated.

GOVERNING LAW

These are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stipulated in your project agreement.
